We are seeking to hire four Sr Recruiters with 7 to 10 years of experience for our internal need. Please find the details below and line up candidates accordingly.
Position: Sr. Recruiter (US & LATAM)
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Monday-Friday)
Location: Onsite (JP Nagar - Bangalore)
Years of Experience: 3 to 7 Years in US Recruitment
Salary: Depend on Experience
Note: Preference for candidates those who had worked in the US - TCS account.
Domain Specific:
- Ideal candidates should have previously worked with clients in following specific Markets
- Experience in working on US Recruitment
- Should have handled requirement from Nearshore (LATAM – Mexico, Brazil)
Required Criteria:
- Must have strong experience working with both system integrators and direct clients.
- At least 70% of experience should involve working on W2 requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Solid understanding of various US work visas is essential.
- Proficient knowledge of both IT and Non-IT requirements is necessary.
- Willingness to work additional hours when occasionally required.
Interview Process: There will be two rounds of technical assessment
- The first round will be a sourcing test, where the candidate will be given a requirement and their Boolean search algorithm will be evaluated.
- The candidate will be required to share their screen during the assessment.
