Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra for a US IT Recruiter. The responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, identifying, and sourcing IT professionals, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Daily tasks involve developing and executing recruiting strategies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
- Experience in IT Recruitment and identifying technical talent
- Skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Understanding of US work authorization is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
