Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Kalinga Vihar, Bhubaneswar

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Contract Duration: 6–12 Months

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Work Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing screening interviewing closing).

· Source candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

· Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.

· Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.

· Negotiate rates, contracts, and offers with candidates.

· Coordinate with US clients and account managers to understand hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
