Work Mode: Full-Time | Onsite
Shift: US Night Shift
Experience: 2–7+ Years
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other job portals.
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Required Skills:
- 2–7+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US IT technologies and job portals.
- Experience with Boolean search and candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Hyderabad.
