Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across the United States. The ideal candidate has strong experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for IT positions in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, with solid knowledge of US hiring practices and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time)
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and provide regular status updates
- Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offer processes
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, hiring policies, and client requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 26+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
- Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, analysts, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, etc.)
- Experience recruiting for US clients across different time zones
- Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with staffing agencies or MSP/VMS environments
- Knowledge of visa types (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, USC)
- Strong offer-closure and candidate management skills
