Job Position: Sr.US IT Recruiter

100% ONSITE Position: B-278, CR Park, New Delhi 110019.

Schedule:USShift - Monday to Friday(7.30 PM to 4.30 AM)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experiencedUS IT Recruiterwith expertise in Tier 1, Prime Vendor, and Direct Client recruitment within theUSstaffing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT roles and technologies, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in challenging environments.

Responsibilities:

Source, screen qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and directrecruitingtechniques.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future job openings.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing necessary support and guidance throughout the hiring process.

Negotiate offers, facilitate the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills.

Proven experience as aUS IT Recruiterwith a focus on Tier 1, Prime Vendor, and Direct Client recruitment.

In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

Strong understanding ofUSstaffing processes, including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
