Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Use multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Negotiate job offers, salaries, and start dates with selected candidates.
  • Maintain and update ATS/Recruitment databases to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and hiring practices.
