About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven US IT Recruiters to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is perfect for both freshers eager to build a career in recruitment and experienced professionals (up to 6 years) who want to take their expertise to the next level. You'll play a critical role in connecting top IT talent with exciting opportunities across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter, etc.), networking, and internal databases.
- Understand client job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and consultants.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and daily trackers.
Requirements
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in US IT Staffing are welcome.
- For experienced candidates: 16 years in US IT Recruitment, with knowledge of W2, C2C, H1B, OPT, and GC hiring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US EST/PST timings).
- Strong negotiation skills and a people-first mindset.
