Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time roles.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical expertise and communication skills.
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews; follow up until offer and onboarding completion.
- Negotiate pay rates, salaries, and closing terms with candidates.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring practices, documentation, and visa guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Consistently meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (USC, GC, GC-EAD, H1B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, OPT).
- Experience recruiting for IT roles such as Developers, Data Engineers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work US shift from office.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
