Job Requirement:
- Excellent verbal and personal presentation skills with the ability to persuasively present and represent business capabilities Ready to work in Night Shift .
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email application)
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and staffing terminology.
- Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Knowledge of US work authorization categories (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN Visa, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with job boards such as: Dice LinkedIn Recruiter Monster CareerBuilder Indeed
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Daily Tasks:
- Full lifecycle recruiting providing sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, evaluating qualifications, negotiating benefits and salary, and presenting offers.
- Working on Multiple Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Prohires and others).
- Sourcing profiles according to the job specifications
- Screening - Technically profiles according to the job specifications
- Interview Scheduling & Follow-ups
- End to End Recruitment Life Cycle
Education:
- Must hold a Bachelors or a Technical Degree in computer science or IT.
- B.E/B.tech CS, IT or BSC computers or IT , MSC, MCA or other Technical Degree.
