About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in US IT recruitment or a strong interest in building a career in US staffing.

The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating with candidates, and supporting the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, and availability.
• Review and screen resumes to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and understand technical skills, experience, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Negotiate compensation/rates and manage candidate expectations where required.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
• Work closely with the recruitment team and management to achieve hiring targets.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication with candidates and internal teams.
  
  

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing preferred.
• Good understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies and job roles is preferred.
• Willingness to work in the US shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
• Willingness to work from the office in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
