Job Title 1- US IT Recruiter

Experience: 2-6 Years

Work Location: Onsite – Hyderabad

Work Mode: 100% Day-1 Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated US IT & Non-IT Recruiter with 2-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US staffing market.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US IT and Non-IT recruiting, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced US staffing environment and coordinating with candidates, clients, and internal teams.

This is a strictly onsite position from Day 1. Candidates must be willing to work from the office throughout their employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT and Non-IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively translate job descriptions into appropriate sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
  • Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting submission and closure targets.
  • Conduct candidate pre-screening and coordinate technical/HR interview rounds.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate compensation/rates and manage candidate expectations professionally.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers, Recruiting Managers, clients, and candidates for interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requirement information in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Follow up consistently with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Ensure quality submissions by thoroughly validating candidate profiles before submission.
  • Stay updated on US hiring trends, market conditions, recruiting practices, and employment requirements.

IT Recruitment Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in US IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the US recruitment/staffing process.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn.
  • Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and tight deadlines.
  • Good follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Experience working with ATS/CRM systems is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in US/night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with US staffing/recruitment firms.
  • Experience supporting multiple clients and requirements.
  • Knowledge of different US work authorization categories.
  • Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and closures

Job Title 2: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 2–6 Years

Work Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad

Work Mode: 100% Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing IT consultants, identifying suitable client requirements, working with vendors, and generating interview opportunities for consultants on the bench.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and knowledge of the US IT staffing market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and promote IT consultants on bench to potential clients, implementation partners, and vendors.
  • Identify suitable requirements through vendor portals, job boards, LinkedIn, and established vendor networks.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and recruiters to understand consultant skill sets and availability.
  • Submit consultants to relevant job requirements and coordinate the submission process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and other submission-related details with vendors.
  • Follow up with vendors and clients regarding submissions, interview schedules, feedback, and offers.
  • Maintain accurate records of consultant marketing activities, submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Ensure timely updates on consultant availability, status, and marketing progress.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other relevant platforms to generate business opportunities.
  • Meet individual and team targets related to submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and market demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
  • Experience marketing consultants on various visa statuses, including H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, USC, and CPT/OPT, as applicable.
  • Hands-on experience working with vendor portals, job boards, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, job requirements, and consultant skill sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with US-based clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors.
  • Established vendor contacts and a strong professional network.
  • Experience handling multiple consultants and requirements simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of US time zones and business communication practices.
