We are seeking a dynamic US IT HR Executive to join our team in India. This role involves managing the recruitment process for IT positions catering to clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT recruitment, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles catering to US clients.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions accordingly.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics for reporting and analysis.
• Onboard new hires and assist with orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or HR roles, preferably in a US staffing environment.
• Strong understanding of IT skills and technical roles, including software development, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and recruitment metrics.
