Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT bench sales positions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in IT recruitment.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with candidates and clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and requirements.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract talent.
