We are seeking a motivated US IT Benchsales professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and managing IT bench sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the US market to generate IT bench sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the availability of qualified candidates for client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the IT services industry and bench sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes is a plus.
