Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Bench Sales Recruiter with 36 years of proven US staffing experience. The role requires consistent outreach, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to market consultants across a range of IT skill sets. Ideal candidates bring a stable track record in the US staffing market and the discipline to close positions in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market available IT consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC) across technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, Salesforce, and ERP.
  • Identified daily requirements from vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  • Built and maintained vendor networks, ensuring steady requirement flow.
  • Positioned consultants effectively using calls, emails, and job portals.
  • Negotiated rates and finalized contracts with vendors and clients.
  • Maintained weekly pipeline reports and ensured consistent submissions.
  • Prepared and cleaned consultant resumes for client presentation.
  • Tracked project end dates and ensured timely re-marketing of consultants.

Requirements:

  • 36 years of solid IT bench sales experience in the US staffing market.
  • Strong vendor and client contacts; proven ability to secure new business.
  • Clear understanding of US work visas and submission procedures.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple consultants at a time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Stable experience with strong follow-through and documentation discipline.
