This full-time on-site role is located in Chennai and is for a US IT and Non-IT Recruiter at BHT. The primary responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT and non-IT roles, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and developing job descriptions. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and conduct interviews to select suitable talent. Additionally, this role involves maintaining recruitment databases and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and standards.

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview techniques
• Knowledge of IT recruitment, including technologies like Java, .NET, SAS, and Big Data
• Experience with non-IT recruitment across diverse industries such as financial services, education, and pharmaceuticals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients and candidates
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and deadlines efficiently
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS software, and technical skill assessments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in IT and non-IT recruitment is preferred
