Position: US International Tax & Corporate Structuring Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site Relocation from India required)

About the Role
We are hiring a highly skilled US tax professional to handle not only tax filings but also corporate structuring, cross-border tax planning, and legal tax optimization for US and international operations.
This is a strategic role you will work directly with founders and management to design tax-efficient structures for companies operating across jurisdictions (US, UAE, and other regions).
This role is NOT limited to bookkeeping or return preparation.
We need someone capable of advising how businesses should be structured before transactions occur.
Core Responsibilities
1) US Tax Compliance & Filings
- Prepare & review 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065 returns
- Multi-state compliance & nexus analysis
- Handle IRS notices & audits
- Maintain compliance calendar & documentation
2) Corporate Structuring & Tax Optimization
- Design tax-efficient structures (LLC / C-Corp / Holding / Subsidiaries)
- Advise on distributions vs salaries vs retained earnings
- Plan shareholder compensation strategies
- Evaluate entity conversions and restructuring
- Prevent permanent establishment exposure
- Design asset protection structures
3) International & Cross-Border Tax Planning
- US persons owning foreign companies
- Foreign owners of US entities
- Treaty application & withholding tax planning
- Repatriation planning & dividend strategy
- Transfer pricing considerations
- GILTI / FDII / Subpart-F exposure analysis
4) Financial & Operational Advisory
- Work with accounting team to ensure tax-efficient bookkeeping
- Provide transaction-level tax guidance before deals occur
- Support expansion into new jurisdictions
- Identify legal tax-saving opportunities continuously
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in US taxation (not just preparation)
- Corporate structuring & tax planning experience
- Understanding of international taxation concepts
- Ability to legally minimize tax liability
- Excellent analytical and advisory skills
- Ability to communicate strategy to non-accountants
Qualifications
- CA / CPA / EA (Mandatory)
- 5+ years US tax experience
- Experience with cross-border taxation preferred
- Experience advising founders or SMEs preferred
Compensation
Negotiable based on expertise and structuring capability.
Relocation
Candidate must relocate to Dubai and work from office full-time.
