Description -
Immigration supports the regional immigration function by managing day-to-day case processing, ensuring compliance, and delivering a positive employee experience. This role works closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Management, Payroll, Legal, and external immigration vendors to facilitate smooth and timely immigration processes.
Responsibilities-
1. Case Management
- Handle end-to-end immigration cases for employees in the region for non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes (work permits, visas, amendments, renewals, and green cards).
- Liaise with employees, managers, and HR partners to ensure accurate and timely case progression.
- Maintain records and track case status using internal systems.
- Ensure all immigration processes comply with US immigration laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain Labor Condition Applications (LCA), public access files, and other regulatory documentation.
- Track visa expirations, I‑94 validity, work authorization constraints and knowledge in I-9 verification/re-verification.
- Conduct audits of immigration files and ensure accuracy of documentation.

- Provide guidance to employees and managers on immigrant and non-immigrant visa options, timelines, risks, and required actions.
- Communicate changes in immigration policies and implications to internal stakeholders.
4. Vendor Coordination
- Work closely with immigration attorneys and external legal firms on case strategy and filings.
- Ensure timely submission of petitions to avoid gaps in work authorization.
- Prepare regular reports on case status, visa population, expiries, RFE trends, and compliance metrics.
- Generate periodic reports for HR leadership summarizing trends, risks, and upcoming deadlines.
5. Reporting

Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
