Job Description

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with significant experience supporting US employees.
  • Strong understanding of US employment practices, HR operations, and compliance.
  • Working knowledge of Canadian HR practices and employment regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience across multiple HR areas, including:
  • HR Operations
  • Talent Management
  • Employee Relations
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • HR Compliance
  • Immigration
  • Performance Management
  • Workforce Planning
  • Experience working with senior business leaders and managing stakeholders across geographies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing HR vendors, external legal counsel, immigration partners, and benefits providers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a US-headquartered or multinational organization.
  • Experience supporting a technology, IT services, consulting, or professional services organization.
  • Prior experience in a US HR Manager / Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner / HR Operations Lead capacity.
  • Exposure to HRIS platforms, HR analytics, and HR process automation.
  • Experience managing or building an HR function across North America.
