About the Role
Lorvenk Technologies is a growing US IT Consulting & Staffing company seeking an experienced US HR & Compliance Specialist. This role focuses on end-to-end US onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance for both direct consultants and vendors.
This is a hands-on role and requires practical US staffing experience.
Key Responsibilities
US HR & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for direct consultants and vendors
- Prepare and maintain MFA (Master Service Agreement) and SOW (Statement of Work)
- Collect and verify onboarding documents for:
- STEM OPT, H1B, Green Card, US Citizens, L1, F1 CPT
- Handle E-Verify and ensure I-9 compliance
- Maintain complete and accurate records as per US labor laws
US Compliance & Documentation
- Hands-on experience with:
- I-9, W-9, W-4, W-2
- Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI):
- Collection, validation, and expiry tracking
- Maintain employee and vendor documentation
- Support compliance audits and readiness
Vendor Coordination & Contracts
- Coordinate with vendors on:
- Rate negotiations
- Payment terms
- Contract finalization
- Strong understanding of:
- MAS (Master Agreement Schedule)
- PO (Purchase Order)
- Ensure documentation is completed before onboarding
India HR (Offshore)
- Handle sourcing and hiring of offshore employees
- Manage offshore payroll
- Work with GreyHR (mandatory)
- Maintain employee lifecycle records:
- Joining, Attendance, Payroll, Exit
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- Proven experience in US HR – IT Staffing / Consulting
- Strong knowledge of US work authorizations and onboarding
- Experience with COI, I-9, and E-Verify
- Exposure to US payroll coordination
- High attention to detail and compliance mindset
