We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for healthcare roles.
This is an onsite, full-time position requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive, extroverted personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare positions including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, CRNAs and RNs.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Ensure a positive candidate's experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in US healthcare recruitment.
Strong understanding of healthcare staffing processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly extroverted and confident in engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a night shift (US hours).
Familiarity with US healthcare recruitment practices.
Experience using ATS and VMS tools.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
