About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers with a background in the pharmaceutical industry who are interested in building a career in US Healthcare Recruitment. The selected candidates will be trained to understand US healthcare staffing requirements, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacy graduates to enter the recruitment industry and develop their communication, negotiation, and talent acquisition skills while working with the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements for US Healthcare positions.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networking platforms, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate conversations to evaluate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and job suitability.
• Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, shift timings, and other relevant details to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate information, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal recruitment teams.
• Learn US Healthcare staffing terminology, recruitment practices, and market requirements.
• Work towards recruitment targets and performance metrics after completing the training period.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and US Healthcare staffing.
• Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with US business hours.
• Must be willing to work from the Thane office.
• A positive attitude, strong listening skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.
