Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Healthcare Recruiter, located in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end healthcare staffing process, including sourcing and evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers. Additionally, the role involves working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong partnerships. Ensuring quality and compliance with hiring practices is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles
  • Hire for positions such as CNA, LPN/LVN, RN, Travel Nurses, and Allied Healthcare roles
  • Source candidates via job portals, databases, and networking channels
  • Conduct screening and initial interviews
  • Coordinate with clients/facilities for interviews
  • Handle submissions, follow-ups, and offer negotiations
  • Maintain trackers and meet daily/weekly hiring targets

What We're Looking For

  • 2–6 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing (Mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of Travel Nursing & Allied Healthcare hiring
  • Understanding of compliance & credentialing basics
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting processes
  • Experience in Hiring and managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to foster client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with US healthcare standards and industry-specific hiring requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms is a plus
