Executive / Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition Group (TAG)
Shift: US Shift (Flexible to work weekends as per business needs)
Experience Required: 2-7 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare roles - including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, LPNs, HEDIS Nurses, Medical Coders, high-volume positions like Contact Center Representatives, and other allied rolesfrom sourcing through to successful onboarding.
- Source active and passive candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other healthcare-specific tools.
- Conduct cold calls and engage candidates effectively to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding and joining.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and manage internal recruitment reports using Excel.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver within a timeline.
- Be flexible to support weekend hiring drives as per business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in US healthcare recruitment is mandatory.
- Prior experience in hiring Nurse Practitioners is a must.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and tools.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
- Proficient in Excel for reporting and data management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Flexible working in US time zones and during weekends as needed
