Job Title: Customer Support Associate – US Healthcare (Voice)

Experience Required
- Fresher or Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare BPO or similar domain
Key Skills & Requirements
- Typing Speed: Minimum 28 words per minute (WPM) with 98% accuracy
- English Proficiency: B1H level or higher (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
- Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (patient care, claims, pharmacy support, or member call preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare queries such as patient care, pharmacy support, grievance, and appeal cases
- Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns
- Adhere to compliance standards and data privacy regulations in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA)
