US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller & Follow-Up Agent

Job Description

OnQ Global Inc. is looking for experienced AR Callers with strong knowledge of US Healthcare Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The role involves accounts receivable follow-ups, claim submission, denial management, and payment collections from US insurance payers to ensure timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with US insurance companies for unpaid or denied claims

Analyze EOBs and resolve claim denials

Submit and track CMS-1500 claims

Work on appeals, corrections, and resubmissions

Handle secondary/tertiary billing

Maintain accurate AR follow-up documentation

Communicate with payers and providers to resolve billing issues

Required Skills

2+ years experience in US Healthcare AR Calling

Knowledge of RCM process, medical billing cycle

Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding concepts

Experience with denials, appeals, and collections

Familiarity with EMR/EHR or medical billing software

Good English communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in Radiology / Pathology / Anesthesia / Physician Billing

Prior experience in Healthcare BPO / RCM companies
