Mandatory Requirement:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling (Provider Side).
- Candidates with Hospital Billing (HB) or Physician Billing (PB) experience are eligible.
- Experience in Provider-side AR is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end AR follow-up for provider-side accounts.
- Follow up with US insurance companies on unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims.
- Analyze claim denials and initiate appeals or corrective actions.
- Resolve billing and reimbursement issues to maximize collections.
- Meet productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and AR Calling.
- Hands-on experience in denial management, appeals, and insurance follow-ups.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in permanent night shifts.
