Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time US Freight Broker role located in Phase 8A Mohali. The Freight Broker will coordinate shipments, build and maintain relationships with carriers and clients, negotiate freight rates, and oversee the entire shipping process to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities also include maintaining customer satisfaction through clear communication, handling dispatching tasks, and managing accounts effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be dedicated to delivering outstanding service.

Requirement

• 2–5 years of experience in US logistics/freight brokerage
• Strong communication and negotiaition skills
• Strong understanding of DAT, Truckstop, or load boards
• Source and onboard reliable carriers for freight movement
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and clients
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers & clients
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus)
