We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter who specializes in hiring for W2 positions within the engineering domain, particularly in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing top engineering talent across Production Engineering and R&D Engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2 candidates across multiple engineering roles.

Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals.

Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and project needs.

Focus on Production Engineering and R&D Engineering positions within the automotive sector.

Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

Ensure compliance with all US employment and W2 hiring regulations.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in US recruitment, with strong focus on W2 hiring.

Proven success recruiting for engineering roles, especially in the automotive industry.

Expertise in Production and R&D Engineering recruitment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of US recruitment platforms (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience working with Tier-1 automotive suppliers or OEM clients.

Familiarity with visa classifications and compliance in W2 hiring.
