Job Title: US & EI Performance Management & Analytics

Role Description:

This role reports to the US & Europe International Private Bank COO team and supports front office revenue-generating activities through business management, MI analytics, and process optimization. The candidate will deliver enhanced RM-level insights across revenues, flows, client relationships, and product performance. Responsibilities include preparing strategic MI for Relationship and Investment Managers, supporting UK location management, assisting Business Managers, and tracking front office system upgrades to improve operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

• Compile and analyze RM-level MI, covering financial and non-financial KPIs such as revenue performance, new assets and loans, client onboarding, and engagement metrics.
• Monitor unfunded accounts and support initiatives to improve funding conversion rates.
• Track prospecting efforts, pipeline development, and assess the impact of strategic initiatives and campaigns.
• Support UK location management through operational reporting and coordination with local teams.
• Collaborate with RM teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of insights.
• Synthesize business insights for the Private Bank COO and stakeholders, delivering high-quality analytics on performance.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities, including system upgrades, control/reporting enhancements, and AI utilization.
• Assist with performance forecasting, prospect conversion tracking, and Sales team KPI reporting.

Your skills and experience

• Post Graduate in Finance with 3+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, forecasting and performance metrics.
• Data analysis and interpretation to drive business decision making
• Experience of developing & enhancing processes using AI
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and MI tools.
• Understanding of financial KPIs and client lifecycle metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services preferred.
