Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Debt Collection Specialist, located in Noida. The role involves managing and executing debt collection processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining accurate records. The Debt Collection Specialist will also handle communication with clients, provide customer service, and work closely with the finance team to resolve any payment issues.

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field is beneficial
