About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic US Cross Functional Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains including IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Scientific, Non-IT, and Business Professional roles for US clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience working on direct clients, MSP/VMS requirements, and possess excellent communication and sourcing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle US recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work on cross-functional requirements including IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Scientific, Pharma, and Non-IT roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and database search.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral fitment.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
- Ensure timely submission and quality profiles as per client requirements.
- Work closely with account managers and team leads to achieve hiring targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
- Experience working on W2, and Full-Time positions.
- Hands-on experience with MSP/VMS clients.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment process and tax terms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on niche and difficult-to-fill requirements.
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools.
- Team player with strong coordination skills.
