Job Description

We are hiring for the US Collections Process -undergraduates, graduates, freshers, and experienced candidates can apply. This role involves managing soft collections for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for US Soft Collections.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding their outstanding payments.
  • Resolve payment issues and negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payments.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Achieve individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate and graduate candidates are both welcome to apply.
  • Freshers (no prior experience) and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Good listening skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
  • Must be able to work from the office.
