US Collection Executive

About the Role

We are hiring candidates for a US-based First Party Collections Process with a leading banking client. This role involves interacting with international customers to manage outstanding payments and provide resolution support.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound calls with US customers
• Follow up on pending payments and negotiate resolutions
• Maintain customer records and update system details
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines
• Achieve collection targets and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria

• SSC/HSC with minimum 6 months of international BPO experience
• Experience in collections is preferred (not mandatory)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US process)
• Willing to work in a target-driven environment

Shift & Work Details

• Rotational week offs (2 days per week)
• Night shift (US time zone)

Salary Structure

• Without collections experience: 22,000 – 35,000
• With collections experience: Up to 42,000
