About the Role

We are looking for experienced Recruiters & Sr. Recruiters to support hiring for US based IT roles working exclusively with US & Canada Govt. roles, SIs, Tiers, Direct Clients and MSP/VMS. This role demands strong delivery ownership, quality submissions and client-centric execution.

Recruiter

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and Boolean search
• Screen and submit qualified candidates within turnaround time
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers and ensure successful starts
• Maintain pipeline, trackers, and consistent delivery metrics

Required Education:

Bachelors in Computers.
