We are hiring US/Canada Recruiters to join our growing team. We welcome freshers, experienced recruiters, and candidates from International BPO backgrounds who are interested in building a career in Global Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US/Canada requirements.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Use job portals, databases, and Boolean Search Strings for sourcing.
• Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Work with MSP, VMS, Direct Source, and Direct Clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working in US/Canada time zones.
• Good sourcing and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Boolean Search is an advantage.
• Freshers and International BPO professionals are encouraged to apply.
