Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a US Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in the US market, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying potential clients in the freight and logistics domain. The Executive will manage the sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with operations teams to align service offerings with client needs, preparing presentations and reports, and ensuring timely follow-ups to build long-term customer relationships. The role also requires regular communication with US-based clients and partners, adherence to company policies, and achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and convert prospects in the US logistics and freight market.
- Business and sales capabilities, including managing client portfolios, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with US-based clients, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, and basic data analysis for reporting and pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work in an on-site, target-driven environment in Noida, with flexibility to align with US time zones when required.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, customer-focused mindset, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory business practices.
