Role Description
This is a full-time Carpenter position based on-site in Bengaluru. The Carpenter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures using wood, plywood, wallboard, and other materials. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, measuring materials, operating hand and power tools, and performing quality finish carpentry. The Carpenter will also ensure that projects meet specified measurements, safety regulations, and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry techniques
- Skill in handling Hand Tools and Power Tools effectively and safely
- Experience in Framing and constructing wooden structures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and execution
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a hands-on, manual labor environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously or in a team
- Prior experience in construction or similar roles is an advantage
