The Role

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Assistant Bookkeeper to support our operations from our office in Kanhaiya Nagar, Tri Nagar, Delhi – 110035 (candidate living or willing to relocate in North West Delhi will be preferred).

In this role, you will work closely with our senior accountant to ensure our clients books are accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready. This is an excellent opportunity for a early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in international bookkeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple international clients
  • Record journal entries and post daily transactions across accounting platforms
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports
  • Organize and maintain bookkeeping records with high attention to detail
  • Support finance-related administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience (candidates with more than 2 years of experience are kindly requested not to apply, as this role is specifically structured for early-career professionals)
  • Working proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Wave.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and core accounting principles
  • Strong eye for detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
