Key Responsibilities:
- Market IT consultants effectively to clients and vendors.
- Work with job portals, social media, and vendor networks to place consultants.
- Maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and prime vendors.
- Negotiate rates and close deals efficiently.
- Regular follow-ups with consultants and vendors.
- Ensure timely submissions and interview scheduling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bench sales (US staffing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with job boards like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
