Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Bench Sales Recruiter who has hands-on experience in marketing bench consultants on C2C and working with clients, vendors, and prime vendors in the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities

Market and place bench consultants on C2C.

Handle H1-B transfer marketing and related requirements.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and prime vendors.

Work on different job portals, vendor portals, and other sourcing channels to identify requirements.

Negotiate rates and coordinate with vendors/clients.

Maintain regular communication with consultants and vendors.

Understand different US visa types and their impact on staffing.

Have knowledge of common US tax terms related to staffing and consulting.

Maintain and update consultant marketing information and submissions.

Follow up on submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in US Bench Sales / C2C Marketing.

Experience with H1-B transfer marketing.

Good understanding of US visas and tax terms.

Experience working with Prime Vendors.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of the US IT staffing market.

Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment.
