Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic US Bench Sales Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates to various clients and vendors, maintaining excellent relationships, and achieving quick placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market available bench consultants to Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners.
- Regularly follow up with candidates, understand their skill set and availability.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants and keep them motivated.
- Source new requirements from various job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, and existing client relationships.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and consultants to close deals.
- Submit consultants to appropriate jobs and ensure regular updates.
- Schedule interviews, prepare consultants, and provide follow-up support post-interview.
- Maintain a database of consultants and keep it regularly updated. Required Skills:
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Good knowledge of US Visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and consultants.
- Willingness to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST). Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/USC candidates.
- Prior experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Strong understanding of the US staffing market and latest trends.
