Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter – Fresher

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are interested in starting their career as Bench Sales Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the US IT Staffing industry. The role involves marketing our consultants (on bench) to clients and vendors, building strong relationships, and helping them get placed on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the US IT recruitment and staffing process.
• Market consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to clients/vendors/implementation partners.
• Interact with consultants regularly to keep track of project updates and availability.
• Post consultants resumes on job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Identify suitable requirements, submit consultant resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Submit resumes to suitable requirements and follow up with vendors/clients.
• Regularly update consultants on job opportunities and client feedback.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor/client relationships.
• Maintain daily activity reports and meet placement targets under guidance.
• Coordinate interviews and negotiate rates as required.
