US Bench Sales Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Hyderabad, India (Night Shift – US Time Zone) Experience: Minimum 5 years in US IT Bench Sales / Staffing

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in the US IT staffing market by leveraging prime vendor and direct client relationships.
  • Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen) to vendors and clients for quick placements.
  • Identify, acquire, and bring new clients to the organization, ensuring longterm partnerships and repeat business.
  • Negotiate rates, contract terms, and close deals with vendors and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, Tier1 vendors, and direct clients.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to align consultant availability with client requirements.
  • Track daily submissions, interviews, and placements; prepare MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and US staffing regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in US Bench Sales / IT Staffing with strong prime vendor connections.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring in new clients and expand business accounts.
  • Indepth knowledge of US IT staffing market, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa categories (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet aggressive targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
