Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities in the US IT staffing market by leveraging prime vendor and direct client relationships.
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen) to vendors and clients for quick placements.
- Identify, acquire, and bring new clients to the organization, ensuring longterm partnerships and repeat business.
- Negotiate rates, contract terms, and close deals with vendors and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, Tier1 vendors, and direct clients.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to align consultant availability with client requirements.
- Track daily submissions, interviews, and placements; prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and US staffing regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in US Bench Sales / IT Staffing with strong prime vendor connections.
- Demonstrated ability to bring in new clients and expand business accounts.
- Indepth knowledge of US IT staffing market, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa categories (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet aggressive targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
