Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a US Business Development Executive (BDE) in Bengaluru, India. The role requires working night shifts to cater to US-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, creating and executing sales strategies, and reaching sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze business trends
• Sales and negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach
• Team collaboration and relationship-building capabilities
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude with an ability to work in night shifts
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Any prior experience in business development or sales will be an advantage
