Shift: Rotational Night Shift (US Process)
Transportation: One-side cab facility available
Job Role (Voice Process)
- Handle inbound outbound calls for US banking customers
- Resolve queries related to accounts, transactions services
- Deliver high-quality customer service with proper call handling
- Maintain compliance quality standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC or Graduate with minimum 1 year of Voice Process experience
- Excellent English communication skills (m andatory)
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
- All documents mandatory
- No compliance issues
Salary Benefits
