Job Description

Urgent Hiring US Banking Voice Process

Process: US Bank Customer Support (Voice)

Company: Leading Multinational Company

Location: Malad / Thane

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift Timings:

  • Any 9 hours shift between 4:00 PM 10:00 AM

Working Days:

  • 5 days working
  • 2 rotational weekly offs

Cab Facility:

Pickup & drop available between 9:00 PM 6:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls for US banking customers
  • Resolve queries related to accounts, transactions, and banking services
  • Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Follow process guidelines and compliance standards
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: HSC / Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO voice experience (mandatory)

Good communication skills in English

Comfortable working in rotational shifts
