Role Overview
We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong hands-on experience in US Audit along with Caseware, IFRS, and US GAAP to support our consulting and reporting engagements. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple client assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements using Caseware
Ensure accurate application of IFRS and USGAAP standards
Handle financial statement disclosures, schedules, and reconciliations
Support accounting conversions
Audit & Advisory Support
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and international clients
Assist in advisory assignments related to accounting standards and reporting
Client & Stakeholder Management
Independently manage assigned client engagements
Respond to client queries related to financial reporting and accounting treatment
Maintain strong professional communication with global stakeholders
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and reporting standards
Maintain high-quality documentation and audit-ready working papers
Follow internal review processes and timelines strictly
Process Improvement
Support process improvements and standardization of reporting templates
Assist in training juniors on Caseware and accounting standards
Eligibility & Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Mandatory hands-on experience in Caseware
Strong working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
Experience in consulting, audit, accounting, or outsourcing environment preferred
Exposure to international clients
