Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, US Accounting is mandatory.
- Day to Day transactions update
- Timesheet Entry & Invoicing
- Payroll Process (Weekly Semi Month Monthly) / Quick Books
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory reporting documents
- Analyze financial reports
- Maintain account balances and bank reconciliation statements
- Preparing Management Information Statements (MIS)
- Coordinating with the Consultants (Employees), Customer & Vendors
- Assist with audits and taxes
- Prepare financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies
- Manage general ledger and assist month-end and year-end close processes
- Supervise accounting department, junior employees, and accounting assistants
- Assist the accounting manager in preparing documents and interpreting complicated financial information for managers, executives
Requirements & Qualification:
- Masters / bachelor's degree in accounting & finance
- 3 + years of experience as an accountant
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts
- Preference will be given for hands-on US accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel - Word
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
- Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations
- Excellent communication skills.
